1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Local ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Local provides a loyalty program management platform that allows businesses to track customer visits and issue rewards. The Service includes features such as customer management, visit logging, reward tracking, and team collaboration tools.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period, you have access to all features of the Service. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service or your account will be paused.

If your account is paused, your data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We may change our subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell, share, or use your customer data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
