Customers join by providing their phone number via one of two simple options:

Display your signup QR code. Customers scan it and join via phone number.
Give their number to your staff
Staff can add customers by entering their phone number at checkout.
No app required. Customers don't need to download anything or create an account. They just give their phone number and they're in.
Staff logs visits when customers return
When a customer comes in, your staff logs their visit. It takes seconds:
- 1 Customer gives the last 4 digits of their phone number
- 2 Staff inputs 4 digits and taps "Log Visit" — done!
Digital wallet support: Staff can also scan the pass in your customer's digital wallet for an even faster check-in.
Rewards unlock automatically
You set the rules: how many visits until a reward, what the reward is, and when it expires.
For example:
"Buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free"
After 9 visits, the customer automatically earns a reward. They get a text message letting them know.
You see who's coming back
Your dashboard shows you:
- How many customers you have
- Total visits logged
- Rewards earned and redeemed
- Your most frequent customers
